Line breaks in item descriptions on estimates and invoices

When entering a description on for an item on an invoice or estimate two days ago, I could line breaks with-in the description. However starting yesterday, when you save, download, send the invoice or estimate, it removes all line breaks in the description and looks awful. How can this get corrected back?

Please don't say submit feedback, we already did. We tried the A.I. help and first it said use "shift +enter." When we told it, that did not work. It said QBO removed line breaks for alignment to other products.

Example description:

-Provide and install (2) owner provided ovens

-Provide and install stainless wall covering up to 30LF

-Install owner provided sink

Turns into:

-Provide and install (2) owner provided ovens-Provide and install stainless wall covering up to 30LF-Install owner provided sink

We don't want to use separate lines, because we want to control the formatting. It worked before, now it looks terrible.
