Before proceeding, may I ask what program or accounting software you migrated from?
If you have migrated from the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software, please know that they should be migrated to QBO regardless of their active and inactive status.
If those are not jobs under your customers, I suggest reaching out to our Technical Support Team to review the migration process and assist you with migrating your missing customers and transactions to QBO.
