Many of my customers and their records did not migrate to QuickBooks online. How do I correct this?

What types of transactions are not converted? Estimates, Purchase Orders, or else?

Thanks for reaching out to us, @CNCA1I appreciate your for posting your concern. Let me share some insights about migrating your data into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before proceeding, may I ask what program or accounting software you migrated from?

If you have migrated from the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software, please know that they should be migrated to QBO regardless of their active and inactive status.

However, if you mean the jobs under your customers are missing, keep in mind that they will move to QBO as Projects and are only available in QBO Plus, Advanced, and Accountant subscriptions. To learn more about what lists and transactions can be moved to QBO from your QBDT company, please refer to this article: Learn how features and data move from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

If those are not jobs under your customers, I suggest reaching out to our Technical Support Team to review the migration process and assist you with migrating your missing customers and transactions to QBO.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need further help migrating your business. I'd be more than happy to work with you again. Have a great day ahead!
