To address this, we can open your account in incognito mode to determine if this is a browser-caused issue.

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once there, open your account and create an estimate. If you're able to process this successfully using a private browser, please clear your browser's cache for a fresh start. Also, I suggest using an updated browser so you can utilize QBO to its full potential.
