Let me make it up to you by ensuring the income will show in the profit and loss statement in QuickBooks Online (QBO), erincola. I can help you troubleshoot and fix the issue.

We can check that all cash and ACH credit card deposits are recorded correctly in QBO. Then, ensure that they are categorized to the correct income accounts.

Also, when running the P&L statement, let's ensure that the date range you've selected includes the period during which the deposits were made. Sometimes, transactions might not show up if they fall outside the selected date range.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Click Profit and Loss.
  3. In the top right-hand corner, click Customize.
  4. Choose the date range.
  5. Select the Filter section.
  6. Make sure a checkmark is beside the Distribution Account, and choose All income accounts from the drop-down box.
  7. Once done, click Run Report.

In case you need to modify the details of your report in QBO, you can refer to this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Should you encounter any difficulties while running other reports in QuickBooks, feel free to reach out to me again. Resolving your issue is my top priority.
