If your customers run into issues when they try to pay, don't worry. I have few ways to fix them so you can finish the sale, mrcleanerkc. Through QuickBooks Payments, when your customer gets the email, all they have to do is select the Review and pay or Pay invoice. This opens the invoice, and they can pay it directly from there. Your settings determine if customers can pay by credit card or with an ACH bank transfer.
Please take note that payment processing is an add-on through QuickBooks Payments. If you don't have QuickBooks Payments, you can still email invoices to your customers, but they won't be able to pay directly from the invoice. If you're subscribed to QuickBooks Payments, make sure that your online invoice payments is turned on.
If you encounter any difficulties managing other customer transactions, like sales receipts or estimates, please don't hesitate to let me know by leaving a comment below and I'll circle back to help you.
