On the monthly standard report I am missing some credit amount.

Could you clarify which report you are referring to? When you mention missing credit amounts and clients, are you saying that these credits exist in the system but are not shown in the report?

One possible reason the credit amounts do not appear in a standard monthly report is that there are no transactions involving the client you want to check during that period. Additionally, the way you filter the reports may affect the results.

In the meantime, I can suggest a report that will help you find your client and check their credit amount. Just go to the Reports menu and search for Transaction List by Customer. Adjust the reporting period, click the Customize button, hover over Columns, and add Open Balance.
