Project bills

I'm here to provide some info about the report for Project bills in QuickBooks Online.

While there are many options to customize reports in QBO, there isn't a way to specifically report on open vendor bills grouped by Project. I can see how having this data would be useful. I recommend submitting feedback to the Product Development Team. This can be done directly through your account by clicking the Gear icon then select Feedback. This is the best way to make your requests known as the majority of product updates and feature releases come from great user suggestions like yours.
