QB Online Reports

Welcome to the Community! 

With the information you gave, I recommend using the Deposit Detail report within your QuickBooks Online account. There are also additional columns that you could choose from if you don't think the default ones on the reports. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Reports tab on the left-hand side menu bar. 
2. Ensure that you're on the Standard tab when on the reports page. 
3. Scroll down until you see Deposit Detail.
4. Click and make sure setting/column changes needed to get the results you want.
