Question

recently purchased a new desktop and i am having issues emailing invoices to customers. attaching an invoice. when i create an invoice my created invoice format isnt showing on screen.

i purchased a new desktop.  I l do not have my template show when i invoice customers.  However if printed it is on my template.  I cannot attach the template to my email to the customer either.

May I ask what version of QuickBooks Desktop you're currently using? If you are using the Enterprise version, we can check your default template settings by navigating to the Edit menu.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Edit menu, and select Preferences.
  2. Inside Preferences, select Send Forms.
  3. Then you can see My Preferences and the Company Preferences settings.
