Initially, when generating a report, you have to make sure that you have properly set up your reporting period based on the information that you have in your transactions. From there, you'll be able to generate a report from the date range that you prefer.

However, if the issues still persist even after it's properly set up, we can now go further with the troubleshooting steps. Let's begin by accessing your account through a private browser or an incognito window. This is a good place to start since these browsers don't store cache.

Here are some keyboard shortcuts that you can refer:

• Safari: Command + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If it works, this confirms the root cause of the problem, which is the browser itself. If so, we can now go back to the original browser and clear your browser's cache to eliminate all the unnecessary stored data.
