Question

Under invoices paid it only shows paid invoices for the last 30 days . How do I change the history to show all paid invoices to date ?

It's good to have you posting your concern here in the Community, @foxvalleyconcret. We can filter the date to show all paid invoices. I can guide you through the process in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Beforehand, are you on the Sales page to view all your paid invoices? Knowing this will help me verify if we're on the same page.

 

If so, you can follow the steps below to filter the date:

 

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Sales menu and click Invoices.
  3. Click the Date dropdown to change the date range.


     

Doing so will update the list to show all paid invoices within the specified date range.

 

Moreover, you can run reports in QuickBooks to keep track of your financial transactions.
