We got a contract for services and I want to add the amount of the contract and deduct from it each time we invoice. How do i do this?

To add the amount of the contract and deduct it each time you invoice your client, you'll need to create an estimate and convert it to progress invoicing. Let me show you how to perform this.

First off, ensure to turn on the Progress Invoicing feature in the Accounts and Settings. Here's how:

1. Select Account and Settings from the Gear icon.
2. Go to Sales, then scroll down and turn on Progress Invoicing. Then, Save and Done.

Then, create an estimate. From it, convert an invoice and add the amount you want to deduct at the moment. Here's how: 

1. Click the + New icon, and tap the Estimate from the Customers column.
2. Select the customer or the one with whom you agreed with the contract for services.
3. Add the Product/Service, Quantity (QTY), Rate, and the total Amount of the contract. Then, Save it.
4. Once done, hover your mouse on the upper right corner and click the Create Invoice icon.
5. Pick the Custom amount for each line from a prompt shown. Then, Create invoice.
6. In the Due column, enter the amount you want to deduct each time you invoice them. Once done, tap Save and Close or Save and Send.
