We have set up automatic late fees to calculate on our invoices but they don't show up when an invoice is overdue. Is there some sort of glitch?

To clarify, how did you set up these late fees to calculate on invoices? Did you use this guide when performing the instructions: Apply late fees to overdue invoices automatically in QBO.
