Here are the fees you can expect:

• ACH Bank Transfer: QuickBooks Payments charges a fee each time you process an ACH bank transfer. Each fee is 1% of the transaction amount, with a maximum of $1012.
• Credit Card Transactions:
  • Swiped: 2.4% + 25¢
  • Online Invoice: 2.9% + 25¢
  • Keyed: 3.4% + 25¢2.

On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks checking, the fee for instant transfers is 1.5% of the total amount transferred. This fee does not include the regular cost for the QuickBooks Payments account.
