What is the best report to show invoice status, paid or unpaid?

I'm happy to provide some info about reports for invoices in QuickBooks Online.

There are several reports for invoices in your QBO account. These include: The Open Invoices report, Invoice List report, Invoiced and Received Payments, and Invoice Approval Status.

To view what you're looking for you may consider the Invoice List report. This report includes all of the invoices for the date range you select, the number, name of customer, due date, amount, and open balance amount. 

Here's how to find it:

1. Click the Reports tab in the left navigation menu.

2. Enter Invoice List in the Search field.

3. Choose the Report Period or Date Range you'd like to see.

4. Select Run Report when you're ready.
