Where is the the link to send to customer for payment from customer credit card

Welcome to the Community space, ladieallen. I will guide you through the steps to generate a link that you can share with your customers so they can pay you directly. 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides various options to generate a link and share it with your customers. First, you can get the link directly on the invoice window. Please follow the outlined steps below to generate one:

1. Open or create a customer invoice.
2. Enter the details of the transactions.
3. Once done, select the Share link option to generate an invoice link. If there's no link generated, ensure to enter the customer's email address in their profile. 
   
   
    
4. Click the Copy link button, then send it to your customer through your email outside QuickBooks.
   
   

Alternatively, you use QuickBooks to send the invoice link directly to your customer by clicking the Review and Send option instead of the Share Link option. 

The next option is to utilize the Payment Links feature within QBO. This feature allows your customers to enter their payment information on a secure payment page after clicking on the link. Here's how:

1. Go to Sales, then select Payment links.
2. Click Get Started and follow the onscreen instructions.
3. Once done, choose Create My Link to generate your payment link. You can customize the payment link URL if need be.
4. Enter the details.
5. Click Send Payment Link.

Once your customer completes the procedure, you'll receive an email confirmation.
