Why can't I change the quantity of the products?

Let's find out why you aren't able to change the quantity of the product in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Mark.

In the meantime, since you can't change the quantity of the product. You can manually adjust the item's quantity to match what you have in stock.

Here's how:

1. Select + New.
2. Select Inventory qty adjustment.
3. Enter the Adjustment date.
4. In the Inventory Adjustment Account dropdown, select the appropriate account. 
5. For each item, enter either a new quantity or a change in quantity.
6. In the Memo field, enter the details about the adjustment.
7. Select Save and Close.
