Why did Business Feed appear on my screen with one company file?

It is not on the other company file. How do I turn it off?

We haven't received any similar cases about this situation. I recommend contacting our Technical support to investigate this pop-up button.

Here's how:

Login to your QuickBooks Online company.
Select Help, then put a brief description of your concern.
Click Continue and choose if you'd like to reach us through Chat or Call back.

Our support hours are Monday- Friday, 6 AM - 6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
