Hi there, @tatjanaj. Which report are you working on? Excluded transactions show up depending on which report you are looking at.

I'll explain a few reasons why they might still be appearing.

If you are looking at Tax Summary or Tax Details, these shouldn't show excluded items because they are only for your taxes. If you see them there, double-check that you actually picked Excluded and not Personal.

If you are looking at the Transaction Detail report, this one includes everything. Its job is to show a full history of every single move in your account, even the items you excluded.

Another possibility is that your filter is set to All. If that’s the case, the system shows every single item from your bank. To fix this, change the filter from All to Business or Personal to hide those excluded items.
