If you sign up for QuickBooks Payments, you can send invoices to your customers to pay online. When they get the email, they can select Review and Pay or Pay Invoice to complete the payment process.
However, if your customer doesn't see Pay Now in their email, we can check your invoice settings to ensure the online payments are enabled.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings under Your Company.
Select Sales from the left menu.
Look for Invoice payments and make sure the online payments are enabled.
Consider revisiting the Community if you have other queries about why your customers can't pay invoices. You can notify us by clicking the Reply button.
