With new invoices how do you adjust preferred delivery method per invoice? Sometimes for us its Send Later, sometimes not. The old invoices had a simple box to check.

Not to worry, Darin. I'll make sure you can adjust your preferred delivery method per invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To adjust, you can do this by selecting the Print later or Send later options in the Scheduling section. 

However, please take note that we're still rolling out this feature gradually to the new layout. This explains why it may be visible at times and not at others.

Moreover, if you want to set a specific delivery method for a customer, you'll need to configure your customer profile. You refer to the screenshot I provided below:

Furthermore, there are various reports available in QBO that give you snapshots of different areas of your business. You can also personalize them and focus on the details that matter the most to you.
