I'd like to make sure we're both on the same page, could you elaborate/rephrase your question? From what I gather, I see you're asking if you should show the dental offered to the employee. If that's the case, once am employee is terminated, they won't be need to compensate them using the payroll module in QuickBooks. However, for your records sake, it's important to show any payroll data pertaining to the employee while they were still employed.
