Question

As a Canadian company using QuickBooks Online, we are unable to accept credit card payments from US clients. Is there way to change this?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to ensure your customers can pay upon receipt of their invoice, to minimize overdue transactions.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

 

At this time, payments are only accepted using Canadian payment methods and doesn't support other currencies as outlined here.  Please feel free to submit a suggestion to our Development team if this is something you'd like to see in future updates.

You need to have a 3rd party merchant service to integrate with QBO.
