Can i add pictures in the customer invoice

Currently, QuickBooks Online does not support displaying product images directly within the invoice lines. However, you can attach images to the invoice as a whole. Here’s how you can do it:

Create an Invoice:

• Go to the Sales menu and select Invoices.
• Click on Create invoice.

Add Attachments:

• Scroll down to the Attachments section at the bottom of the invoice.
• Click on the Attachments section and browse to add the images you want to attach.
• Once done, click Save and close.

While this method attaches the images to the invoice, they won’t appear inline with the product details. If you need the images to be displayed alongside the product descriptions, you might need to look for a third-party app that integrates with QuickBooks.
