Hi there, @Anju@designtwg. Yes, you can attach a document to all of your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to guide you on how.
To begin with, please make sure to save your document to either of these accepted file types:
PDF
JPEG
PNG
DOC
XLSX
CSV
TIFF
GIF
XML
Once you're ready, add the file to your transaction.
Open the invoice.
From the bottom left, select Attachments.
Browse and select the document you want to attach.
Select Open, then Saveand close.
Repeat the same steps for other invoices.
You may also attach a document to your supplier or customer profile. Here's how: Attachments in QuickBooks Online. This article also shares with you how to view all uploaded attachments in your QBO account.
Once your invoices are sent out from QuickBooks, and you're ready to record a payment, use this article as your reference: Record an invoice payment.
If you have any other questions about adding documents to your invoices, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to help. Keep safe!
