Can I change the status of an invoice to sent when I didn't send the invoice through the platform? I saved the pdf and sent it through my email.

Welcome to the Community. Being able to send an invoice is essential for the business you offer to your customers. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

 

To change the status of an invoice to sent, you'd need to send the invoice directly from your QuickBooks Online.
