Using the mobile app for QuickBooks Online is a great way to take your business on the road! This is the beauty of using a cloud-based program, and I'd be happy to explain the options for you.
In the mobile app, you can complete the following tasks:
Create invoices
Create estimates
Create sales receipts
Record invoice payments
Create customers
Record expenses
Add suppliers
Track mileage
Enter products and services
View a small selection of reports
At this time, you'll have to use the browser version of the program to create a Purchase Order. If you'd like to see this feature incorporated into the mobile app, I'd recommend reaching out to our team with your thoughts by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback.
To create an Invoice in the mobile app, follow these steps:
1. Click the 3 lines on the bottom right side of the app.
2. Click Invoices.
3. Select the Plus icon.
4. Enter all necessary information.
5. Click Save at the top right corner of the page.
