Can QuickBooks automatically send a “paid” confirmation receipt email once payment is received

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online Payments is a valuable feature that allows your customers to pay their invoices immediately.  I'll be happy to provide more information here!

When your customer selects the option to 'Pay Now' on their received invoice, the funds will be deposited into your account within three to four business days.  The Primary Admin on the account will receive an email confirmation for the payment.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference, when using QuickBooks Online Payments.
