Can the categories not appear on the invoice? I would like to use them internally only

Hi there savonneriesapona,

 

Making sure that the correct information is displayed on an invoice is important to every business. QuickBooks Online has the option to customize the invoice to make the invoice suit your business's needs. I can provide some assistance with this.

 

In order to customize your invoice template, navigate to the Gear Icon, then select the Custom Form Styles section. Choose the template you want to modify, then Edit. Afterwards, select the Content tab and click in the section with the item details. You can remove the checkmark beside the information you don't want your customers to see when they receive their invoice. Don't forget to Save.
