Can we not manually process Canadian CC, with postal codes?

At this time, you may want to check with our Support Team so they can confirm if your Canadian Credit card with postal code is accepted for processing payments manually. To contact support:

1. Sign in to your QBO company.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
5. Choose a way to connect with support:
   • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET
   • Call us. M-F, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.

If they are not able to process it, consider having a 3rd party merchant service to integrate with your QBO.

Welcome to Community!  Having the option to enter credit card payments is a great way to ensure your transactions are complete.  QuickBooks Online Payments is an exceptional feature that allows your customers to pay directly from their invoice so you're paid faster.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right path!

Before you can process credit cards you'll need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments.  When your customer pays with the 'pay now' option on their invoice you email them, QuickBooks processes the payment for you and applies it to the correct account.  Here's how you can get started with QuickBooks Online Payments.
