Can you prevent saved invoices from being edited?

It's important that all your transactions are correctly entered for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send transactions to your customers so they know the amount owed to you for your services. I can provide some information about invoices.

In QuickBooks Online, there isn't the option to strictly lock an invoice from edits once it has been created. I can see that this would be a feature that you'd like to see to be able to manage your invoices. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration by our developers when designing new features for the software.
