I can share some information about the amounts shown in your Chart of accounts.

The Chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online will only show the balance for Balance Sheet accounts like the asset, liability, and equity accounts. This is why you can't see profit and loss account balances but see it in the AR account since this is an asset account.

In your case, I suggest running a quick account report for the income account since you want to see the balance. This way, it will show the income account's total amount.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top right.
2. Select Chart of accounts.
3. Find the income account in question and click Run report.
