Customize Invoice numbers in QB desktop

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Desktop is a dynamic program, that offers the features you need to customize your business forms.  Editing the invoice numbers can be done in just a couple of steps.  I'd be glad to show you how!

When you create an invoice, you'll simply enter your preferred starting number in the Invoice number field.  Complete the invoice and hit Save.  This will set the sequence moving forward when new invoices are created.
