Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. When it comes to managing users, the program offers the flexibility you need in order to achieve your goals. I'll be happy to point you in the right direction with managing users on your account. 

The Standard user can work with customers, sales, suppliers, and expenses on the account. These users can enter timesheets, add users, update company info, or manage subscriptions. I recommend checking the access rights you've granted the Standard users using the steps provided in this article: Manage user roles or permissions.
