Does anyone know if I can print all invoices at one time? Printing them individually is way too time consuming.

I hope your weekend is going well! I believe the Print Batch option can only be found in the QuickBooks Online subscriptions at this time. If for whatever reason Self Employed does have it, I would check your invoices tab-list of invoices. In this area if it is available you should be able to select numerous invoices with the ability select a Batch icon at the top left hand side of your list of invoices.

If you do not see it here then I do not believe Self Employed has this this option so sorry about that.

I hear what you're saying about printing invoices one-by-one can take time, and I know business owners often have a lot of work to get done. I'd be happy to go over how printing works in QuickBooks Self-Employed so you know for certain the steps you can take to get the information you're looking for.

 

QuickBooks Self-Employed's Invoices tab is relatively simple, providing you with the list of invoices that you can manage as needed. Among the options is printing, however, there isn't an option at this time to print in batch from QuickBooks Self-Employed like there is for QuickBooks Online. Printing one at a time is the way to go to get physical copies of the invoices you need, so please continue to work with that option.

 

I also recommend submitting feedback to let our product development team know how this sort of feature would be useful for you. Leaving feedback is just a quick process that you can complete using the steps below.

1. Select the Assistant feature.
2. Type and enter "feedback" into the chat window.
3. Follow the prompts.

As Lourdes mentions, QuickBooks Online does have a batch print option. If that's something you're interested in exploring, here's more information about QuickBooks Online.
