Eventide I make new invoice, it's says paied but it's not paid

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Sometimes it's necessary to delete a payment in QuickBooks and I'll be happy to show you how. The program offers an easy-to-use platform that makes it easy to navigate and achieve your goals. 

In order to accomplish the goal you've reached out about, I encourage you to check out this article here that shows you how to delete the payment. In case you're working on an invoice with a payment you'd like to delete it, you can do this by opening the invoice in question and click on where it says "1 payment made" at the top right to see the payment. From here you can delete the payment so it's not attached to the invoice.
