Welcome to Community! Having the ability to upload your receipts is a great time saver for creating your bills and expenses. When Receipt Snap on the QuickBooks Online mobile app isn't functioning as it should, I recommend clearing the app data on your device. I'd be glad to show you how!
Follow these steps for Android:
1. Select Settings from More Options
2. Tap Refresh Data
3. Hit Yes
For iOS:
1. Go to the Menu ☰, tap Help & Feedback
2. Choose Refresh Data
3. Hit Refresh
If Receipt Snap is still not working for you, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app to ensure you're using the latest version.
