Hi! I do not want my staff to have access or be able to view sales and expenses. Is it possible to have them only have access and viewing of invoices only?

Consider having a 3rd party app as a workaround or using a 3rd party merchant service to limit the access for salespersons.

It shouldn't be complicated as you might be afraid. This app will integrate it with your QBO and you don't need to give your sales team access to QBO.
