How can I edit the snap a pic feature? I messed up when initially opening it and now I am locked out.

I want to make sure I got your concern correctly so I can share with you the right amount of information. If I may ask, are you trying to locate the snap feature from your QuickBooks application, or are you trying to edit the file uploaded to QuickBooks?

Usually, once you use an iOS or an Android app, you can snap your receipts or bills following these steps:

1. Open the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
2. Click on the Menu ≡ icon.
3. Hit Receipt snap.
4. Tap on the Receipt camera and snap a photo of your receipt or bill.
5. Select Use this photo, then Done.

If there are issues with the pictures added, delete them from QuickBooks. Or, log in to QBO using a web browser, then remove the file from the Attachments section.

Aside from snapping your receipts, you can also email them to QuickBooks.

Once your bills and receipts are in QuickBooks, you're now ready to review and categorize them into the correct accounts.
