How can I move receipts from the BANKING tab where they have been uploaded to by using the app? I would like to move them into folders in my WORKPAPERS tab.

Hi there, Jess. I can help you with handling your receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I want you to know the receipts uploaded using your application is designated to show on the Receipts section from the Banking tab. The option to move the entries to the Workpapers tab is currently unavailable. This tab is used to review, adjust, map, and export your client’s QuickBooks Online accounts to get ready for tax season.
