How do I accept a visa payment from a client?

Welcome to Community.  QuickBooks Online Payments is a great feature to ensure your customers pay on time.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

Based on the information you've provided, invoicing your customers with an option to 'pay now' is only available for Canadian customers.  Customers who've been set up with foreign currency will not have the payment option when they receive your invoice as indicated in the Acceptable use of Payments in Canada.  To learn more about using bank payments click here.
