I appreciate you taking the time to join us here in the QuickBooks Community! Adding notes to your customers is one of the many great features that are available in QuickBooks. Let me show you how!

 

  1. Go to "Customers & leads", then select "Customers" (Take me there).
  2. Select your customer from the list, then select "Edit".
  3. Select the "Notes" tab, then add the information in the field.
  4. Select "Save".
