Before you add a service or late fee to an invoice, you'll need to create the item. Here's how:
1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Products and services
2. Hit New and choose Service
3. Give the item a Name
4. Use the ▼ dropdown to select a Category
5. Complete the remaining fields as needed
6. Hit Save and close when completed
If you've already sent an invoice, follow these steps for the fee:
1. Select +New from the left menu
2. Click Invoice
3. Fill out the required fields
4. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the item you created in the Product/service field
5. Enter a note about the fee in the Message on invoice section as you feel necessary
