Follow these steps to add a logo;
1. Open Settings ⚙ in the top right of QuickBooks Online
2. Select Custom Form Styles
3. Click Edit in the Action column for the form you want to add a logo to 4. Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo
5. Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window
6. Locate and select the image you want to use and select Open
