Hi there, @aksion1. Welcome to the Community.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can change your bank account that receives invoice payments through your Merchant Service account, not directly inside QBSE.

To update the deposit account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Service center.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Select the Account profile.
  4. Click the Edit button in the Deposit Account information.
  5. Save it once it's done.

If you have follow-up questions, please don't hesitate to click the Reply button.

What's the direct URL for Merchant Services? I can't seem to find that page. I found another page with bank accounts by when I click on the account I get an error page. Is there a way to resolve this on the phone? I'm on a sensitive timeline since I just opened a new business checking account and want to make sure no payments end up in my personal one.
