How do I determine what customer paid me via Intuit if the payment does not match an invoice?

Our bank lists a payment from Intuit that does not match any of our outstanding invoices. How do I contact Intuit to find out who paid us this amount?

Welcome to Community.  QuickBooks Online Payments is a great way to ensure you're customers have the opportunity to pay their invoices as soon as they're received.  I'll be happy to guide you through the process to determine who's paid.

 

Here's how:

 

1. From the left menu, open Reports

2. In the search field, enter Open invoices

3. Click on Customize

4. Enter the Report period and Aging method

5. Open the Filter section and choose Paid from the ▼ dropdown menu beside A/R paid field
