How do i import expense invoices to qbo

Welcome to Community!  Having the option to import your invoices in one batch is a time saver.  QuickBooks Online enables you to import data seamlessly.  I would be glad to help!

To ensure a smooth transition to your books, QuickBooks Online uses the following formats, Google Sheets, CSV, or XLS/XLSX files.  Once your file has been properly formatted, you can import it following the steps here.  If you would like to see additional options moving forward, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to the Development Team.
