Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online Payments is a great feature that enables your customers to pay directly from their invoice. I would be happy to provide some information.
When signing up for QuickBooks Payments, it will ask you which bank account you'd like to use to receive the funds. If you do not see an option that allows you to chose the bank account. I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you.
