Hi, Boro.

To create an invoice that includes activities for multiple days, you need to manually enter each day's activities as separate line items on a single invoice.

Here's how to do it:

  1. In the invoice, select the customer from the Add customer ▼ dropdown list.
  2. Review and confirm the Invoice date, Due date, and Terms.
  3. Add Each Day as a Line Item. For the first day, select the Service date and the appropriate Product/Service from the dropdown menu (e.g.,Serviceor a specific type of work you’ve already set up).
  4. In the Description field, provide details of the work performed, including the specific date (e.g., "Consulting services provided on Oct 28, 2025").
  5. Enter the Quantity (e.g., the number of hours) and the Rate.
  6. For the next day, move to the next line item and repeat the process: select the Product/Service, add the date and description, quantity, and rate.
  7. Continue adding line items for all the days you need to invoice.
  8. Once you've added all the necessary details, select Save and send or Save and close.
