How do I preview an invoice. Eg

Welcome to the Community. Being able to preview an invoice is essential to ensure that the information is correctly recorded on the transaction. QuickBooks Online is a great program that offers the ability to simply create and email invoices to your clients for your services. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to preview an invoice.

I encourage you to refer to the following steps to preview an invoice.

1. When creating a new invoice, Click on the +New.
2. Select Invoice.
3. Enter the information on the invoice.
4. Click on Print and preview at the bottow of the page.
5. Select Print and preview.

For existing invoices, you'll need to open them to preview them. I'll explain how.

1. Click on Sales on the left navigation menu.
2. Select Invoices tab.
3. Click on the invoice to open it.
4. Click on Print and preview at the bottow of the page.
5. Select Print and preview.
